Did you find out the issue? My Chevy Trailblazer is doing the same thing. Only 1700 miles on it. Dealer appointment is in a few days but I’m worried they won’t be able to replicate the issue. It’s happened to me 3 times at stoplights.
Mine(24 TB Activ) is in the shop until after the 1st year. The service manager told me he was going to have to get with GM to troubleshoot.
I took mine in for the 1st time at the end of October. They couldn't recreate the issue so it came home with me. I then kept a log of dates & occurrences. I emailed the service manager with the log of events. He had a loaner for me the next day.
I bought it in July & had the 1st hiccup at a stoplight a few weeks after purchase. The sporadic "hiccups" continued & started happening more frequently. It got to a point that I didn't know if I could even get back into my TB because the entire system would die so it wouldn't recognize the fob or app to enter the vehicle.

What issue are you referring to?

I find that my 24 LT AWD has a weird problem with the XM. Sometimes I start the car, Change the preset. Goes to Channel 2. Instead of the one I selected with the Arrow Buttons. Android Auto doesn't always work. Phone maybe? Sometimes I shift to R, And the Screen Flashes. Then the Camera shows.

I came looking for information about my 2023 TBRS that the radio died on this weekend. 35k miles almost exactly when it happened. Going to the dealer tomorrow. As for the 2024s and newer. This is a common issue across the board on GM trucks for sure. Worst yet there are no replacement parts. For this reason my wife bought a 2022 Duramax Colorado. We could have bought a new 2024 for the same price but she refused to deal with the display issues as many of the controls are now in the display, including the light controls on many of them.

Looks like you are still under bumper to bumper on it? If so get it to the dealer.

I've owned my '24 HD for over a year and never one issue, just one software update. You people have to understand that these electronics will/do need periodic updates.

Many issues with these cars are software related anymore these days. My 21 TB has 83k now. PRetty much no issues. Burns some oil (based on a google search that is common with modern Turbo cars) Keeping the oil changed is KEY to keeping this little motor purring along. Let it run a min or so at startup when it has been sitting to let the oil get to the Turbo.

I am well aware of the software and hardware issues. M8ne turned out to be a dead radio module. It should be here Wednesday

When I first saw this vehicle, I thought it was attractive and possibly worth looking at. After reading posts like this one and dozens of others, I am thinking that I need to stay as far away from these cars as possible. I am wondering if the top people had brain transplants with some frogs or something.
For sure don't buy one, you'll hate it. Well, TBF, don't buy ANYTHING, you'll hate it.

Good, I am glad someone with an iPhone has no problems.

Next will be...

Do you use Spotify? Do you stream audio via Blutooth?

I have a suspicion, my wife does not stream anything, my daughter, as a late teen, she streams constantly.

My suspicion is the application Spotify might have some "issues" with the infotainment because not only stream audio, streams an interface (video) for the touchscreen (send & receive commands).
I have a Samsung s24 ultra and I use spotify and almost every song skips 2 or 3 seconds? If i try to tell it to send mom a text message it constantly says oops something went wrong with the connection or sorry I can't understand you.. I'm getting so pissed at this point.. my camera in the front died at 8 months yes covered but ridiculous and now the heating issues.. not happy with this...

All cars have issues.. Just start googling them...They are to many foreign parts..its ridiculous

all cars have electronics, they all F up eventually. FORD has more recalls than GM.

Hi guys, new to Trailblazer but not to Chevy. Just purchased a new 2024 Trailblazer RS FWD in Sterling Gray Metallic and have enjoyed it up until today. We were on a short trip (75 mi) to visit my daughter when out of the blue, everything on the DIC and Infotainment screen went black, along with satellite radio and OnStar but did have FM radio but was unable to get anything to work on DIC and touch screen. All DIC and touch screen were blank.

Stayed black for roughly 10 seconds and came back on. 5 or so min later, did the same thing again, over and over for about 6-10 times. I stopped the car and turned off the engine, opened the door and let the vehicle set for about 10 mins and restarted. Everything came back to normal for a few miles until it decided to do it again. Anyone have this same issue happen? I already have an appt. scheduled at the dealer.

My daughter’s 2024 Trailblazer RS had intermittent electrical problems, where she would press the start button and it would start to turnover and then everything would go dead. Screen, lights, everything. The first time it happened. I jumped the car off and drove it straight to an auto box where they tested the battery. It was fully charged imperfectly good. Over the next four or five months something similar to this happened although sometimes she would just get in push the start button and everything was already dead and it didn’t even try to turn over. The last time it happened the auto start stop feature was engaged, and the car died as the engine was starting to turn over again and nothing would work no flashers no OnStar no ability to lock or unlock the vehicle. When I get the vehicle home, I noticed the ground wire that I’m pointing to in the photo was very loose. I could easily spin it off with one finger. Ground wires should not be loose at all so I’m hoping that is the cause of the intermittent problem.

I think that the ground wire is the root of a lot of problems I’ve read about on the newer TB’s. Hopefully that solves the problem!

My father started teaching me about cars back in the sixties. His started buying and building cars in the early thirties. One thing he hammered on constantly was that 1 quart of oil in 700 or 800 miles was NEVER acceptable, even in a new car. He told me that the first car he ever had that used that much oil was a new 1964 Studebaker. It took a ring job to cure that car. Car makers are telling us this lie because they are being forced to get more and more MPG from engines, even if it means using a lot more oil, or having engines that fail at 100K miles or less.
I've got 10K on mine and have no oil loss between each 5K oil change. But I was in the dealership for the 10K oil change and there was a guy that brought his soon to be out of warranty pick-up in because it was suddenly using a quart every 1000 miles and he was told it was normal.
