Hi Iam new to this forum, I work on Detroit and Cummins engines for a living, very hard and dirty work but it's all I know, I picked up this 23 trailblazer rs awd and it runs really nice, but the transmission in my opinion feels like a manual rowing through the gears and sounds just like a manual transmission, with no clutch and shifter,I replaced a many Mack, freightliner, Peterbilt clutches in my time and I never noticed a automatic trans shift like this one,my 16 Colorado was a 6 speed auto, shifted alot more like a automatic, Thanks

i find that my '21 RS seems like its searching for gears when down shifting, mostly happens when its cold though. and in sport mode it takes a long time to down shift. ive seen it running over 4k going downhill (foot off the gas) for a good 1/4 mile or so..
I think the software needs some work for shifting. but i just deal with it

Thanks for the heads up,I'm trying to break it in ez only 483 on clock I'm 56, the old way was to break in for 3k, but I like the response and handling compared to my old Colorado I traded in with original brakes at 86k with 5/32 on the front pads,I try not to use the brakes unless someone in front jams on for no reason or on phone
