Most of you may not ever need this, but I thought I would share. When I had picked up my WT floor mats a few weeks back I asked the parts counter about interchanging the lower rear panel to see if it was possible to convert to the dual exhaust look. One person was helpful. The other was a little standoffish let's say......anyways, they did give me these printouts. I was so taken back by his rudeness, I forgot to ask about the ACTIV model printout. I wasn't asking him to re-engineer the car. I was just looking for drawings to see if it was possible. Let me decide if I want to spend the time and effort into the project.

It would take far more than just the one piece to accomplish the RS exhaust look. I am considering purchasing an LT version and then modifying it to see if I can make it work with the LT dual outlet muffler that is currently on the car. I would add aftermarket exhaust tips to my liking. It would probably require some pipe cutting, as the LT pipes curve down.

I will try and get the ACTIV version at some point. I will probably try a different dealer. This will give those who are curious an idea. Unfortunately, there are no GM P/N's on the drawings.

If anyone else has access to information, it would be great to see other diagrams.

I'd like to see someone come up with something nicer to replace part #20 on the RS diagram. That is definitely my least favorite design piece on that trim. 😁
