2021 Trailblazer RS
Random Service light for power steering ESC. What do you all think of it? Any more out there? Take a look at the photos. This is a message that popped up.
Well the Activ and RS are the top 2 models just designed a little differently. I like aspects of both. The Activ has good ground clearance plus better approach and departure angles. The RS is more sporty and street oriented. My favorite features on the RS is the small flat bottom steering wheel and the grill, but I like the LT and Activ wheels better. Can't go wrong with either one! 👍Cool. I just have the boring old ACTIV.
I just happened to left the dealer after picking up accessories I got with GM Reward points. After 1 1/2 hours they corrected the issue on my RSTake it to the dealer and show them that pic, have them run a code check. There are a small amount of codes popping for folks, we got one on our Active model for something, I forget now, but it was not stored in computer. Some say these are "ghosts" in the machine and that GM is working on software updates for these cars. If that warning comes on and says on, even after you stop and start the car then I would get her to a dealer for sure.
Paperwork states:What was issue? This could help others as some dealers seem to be willing to help with issues while others kinda well, be a dealer.
Stay safe! If you notice strange operation from the steering whee or motor, pull over and have it towed, however most I’m hearing is that the codes go away after a motor restart, meaning turn off the car after you put it in park get out like it then redo everything unlock it get in turn it on and check. Safety first
