I recently installed an amp and subwoofers in my 2004 LS EXT. shortly afterwards i drove for quite a long while i was in rhe car all day nearly. First I started to notice the engine seemed to lack some power and then i lost oil pressure. I pulled over turned the car off and restarted it and it was back to normal. Secondly the transmission started acting up like i had no power in 1 and 2 gears like it wasnt really grabbing. Then it started a whining sound near the torque converter. When the engine is cold and i first start tge car it seems ok then it doesnt have reverse or 1st gear and power steering goes out as well. I turned the car off and restart and i then can move it in 1st again. Im assuming this is an electrical issue but i really dont know. If anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated.
