Hello all,
I'm totally new to the Chevy brand. I traded in a 2015 Honda Accord coupe for a 2021 Trailblazer Activ. Here's why...
My Honda was approaching 100k in miles and my life style has changed greatly from 2014. I was in college at that time and loved the concept of have a coupe that looked sporty. I did so much to that car. From rim&tires, all new sound system, sound proofing, new air intake, tinted windows, and more! That car was fun to jet friends around and cruise the streets at night. But now, I'm almost 30 and find all those modifications I did to be "annoying".
I find myself now needing a car that I can enjoy going shopping with without having to worry if the item will fit, reliable in the snow, one I can take camping & hunting, and most of all, a car that still looks good!
I originally went in to the dealership looking for a truck, a small Colorado. Sadly, like every dealership near me, all the trucks are loaded and hard to work deals on. Then they offered me a Trailblazer. I instantly fell in love! I actually have not seen the new TB till then. I didn't even know they had relaunched it. The dealership gave me a offer on my honda I could not refuse. So I bought the TB kinda blindly. Funny how things work!
After buying the TB, I did my research on it. And I honestly can not be any more happy with it! It fits all my needs and is a car I can grow in. I know alot of people are making a stink about the 3 cylinder motor but, I could careless! What's funny is my triumph speed triple has a very similar motor in it and kicks around the same specs as the TB! I love both vehicles and wish people would get out of the mindset of "bigger the motor, the better".
So, that's my intro into this forum! Can't wait to see where my TB takes me!
