@haviles123 - my case with MyChevrolet is still open. I also tried reaching out to them via Twitter DM and they advised me to wait about 5 more business days and if still no response or resolution to hit them up on Twitter again... Frustrating to say the least. I even tried disconnecting my "bouncie" https://www.bouncie.com from the obd2 port for a day, but that didn't seem to clear these messages. I tried that in case Chevy says, "oh it's because you are using something other than OnStar for diagnostics...did you get it figured out? Mine is doing the same thing
No idea at this point. I was recently told that I needed to renew my trial OnStar subscription for this broken "functionality" to "work". So I just told them, "No Thanks!"...just got this on my 2020 Silverado LT. any news?
Actually, i take this back... i think i had to log out of the app and log back in. When i logged back in then they were gone. This happened to me the other week, but they went away after the next start of my TB.
I believe that is correct, i think you get the alerts for 10 yearsI don’t think you even have to have on star to get them.
