So I just purchased the RS and it's great but wow...what a goofy set up with the lights
..looks terrible. The daytime lights and fog lights are LED and the headlights are halogen (an ugly orange)
..looks awful!!!

Look at Sealight S1 LED headlights on Amazon. I have them in my 18 ZR2 (same bulbs as theTrailblazer) and in my 05 ZR2. Both had factory halogens and looked terrible, but now with the LED's they are much brighter and have a white light instead of yellow. Another option would be the factory GM LED headlights that Trailblazers with the "technology package" got.

Have you notice dark areas in the beams or possibly aim issues? I have taken it into service & they say it’s normal.

I bought 2 sets of cougar motor headlights from Amazon and I am not disappointed. I installed them and I had a road trip a few days later on the highway they were awesome. In the city they sometimes look faint but for the price it was well worth it. I did replace all 4 bulbs.

I have a question. Where you able to put the covers back on with these headlights? Thanks 😊

Guys this is exactly what I need to do as well, the yellow lights bug me. Thank you for posting this, I want to make sure I get the right LEDs. So I found xtra small ones, and then regulate size, which did you install?

Have you experienced any issues with the sealight low beams flickering when the auto start/stop is engaged? I just installed them and noticed that with the power surge they tend to flicker upon start up. Just like with the halogen but with the brighter lights it's much more noticeable.

GoldenBlaze I have not noticed any flickering, they have been installed now for about 1 month. I will keep watching, but so far so good

I haven't noticed any flickering, but I also disable auto start/stop every time I drive.

Yes they flicker with the start stop but I think the factory ones did as well.

Great info! I agree with the others. I'm not a fan of my halogen headlights. I'll use this info to upgrade my bulbs to match my LED DRL and fogs. Thank you!

You don't need to remove anything to get to the headlights. All you have to do is remove the dust covers, remove the original bulbs, install new LED's, plug back into factory harness, tuck the drivers (small box) into the headlight housing and reinstall the dust covers.
