If you are using a floor jack you will need a pinch weld adapter so you don't damage the body. I have several different typesof adapters, but the urethane one with the slots are the cheapest and easiest to use. I've also jacked the rear up under the rear axle (AWD only). As far as jacking locations, use the same locations where the factory jack goes. I personally use four 3.5 ton Arcan floor jacks. This may be overkill for most people, but it sure does make jacking up any vehicle fast and easy.

Also forgot to mention page 298 of the owners manual sort of shows the jacking locations, but of you look they have notches where the factory jack goes.

There’s a YouTube video about how dangerous that adapter is.
Which one? Never had a problem with either, but there's always a way to do something stupid. Not alot of common sense out there anymore, lol.
