A 1st gen TrailBlazer, nice. I've owned 4 S10's, 88 S10 Blazer 4x4, 2001 S10 Crew Cab 4x4, and I still own a 2005 ZR2 Blazer 4x4. Also a member of 4 S10 forums. I'd keep that TB forever as they're getting more rare these days.

Oh i plan on it, This truck was my fathers for over a decade, i grew up in the back seat of it and have more stories with this truck then most people on this forum have with their current TBs . I've put a whole lot of work into it to get it back road worthy and am currently in the process of a restoration with it for use as my DD, when i joined this forum i thought this was for all Trailblazers both Colorado based, new, and trimline/1st gens, serves me for not reading the fine print lol.i am also on S10 forums and BlazerForums. How's your 05' ZR2 holding up?

My 05 ZR2 has 200k miles now. Just got done replacing the whole cooling system and rebuild of the steering and suspension. Rebuilt trans at 160k, but other than that it runs great.

Even though this forum is for the new 2021 Trailblazer I'm sure nobody will care if you hang around.

Nice, My rig is at 222,471 Miles, i put 166 of them on it just doing laps around my neighborhoods private roads after getting it running.
Had motor/trans swap before i owned it, tranny had the pan put back on it and the motor threw a timing chain, where i come in was offering to buy it off my father as i didnt want him to scrap it, he made a bet if i made it run the title was mine, one of many memories i have tied to this rig. Had to put: Ignition switch fuel pump distrubtor cap/rotor/wires/plugs, upper intake seals kit, vacuum lines, Crank sensor, Timing cover and Chain/gear set/oil change (times 3 to flush out gunk) marvel oil the entire motor top to bottom inside to clear out any possible rust or water even though it was in a garage there was a tiny bit.

oh and Catylitic converter/muffler. walker/dynomax all the wayyy. but now, it runs like new, the drivetrain is so jarringly cleaner feeling then the rest of the trucks driving characteristics would make you think.

Looks like you've done alot of work keeping that TB going. 👍 What surprises me about my Blazer is that the engine is untouched except for tune ups and even the AC still blows cold. It shows that with proper maintenance a Chevy can last a long time. Now if I could just track down all these damn rattles everywhere, lol.
