GM needs to do that here but prob should not since they are hard to find. Can't sell it if you don't have it. 
Looks like different rims and less aggressive tires for a '22 ACTIV models

This is true. The '22 Activ is set to get 18-inch wheels. I personally prefer the '21 Activ 17-inch wheels with more fat on the tire.
