Please share your choices and experiences for floor mats / liners.
I live in a region that has messy, snowy winters, and the roads are treated with a lot of salt. In the absence of good floor mats, the carpets become thick with crystals and it takes a lot of effort to clean them with hot water & vinegar...and then the car smells like vinegar. I consider floor mats an essential accessory because of this.
I've ordered a front row set of Weathertech liners in cocoa brown. The official Chevy mats and liners look ok, but I prefer the higher side walls and especially the driver's left foot rest on the weathertech liners. Those are areas that still get salty when I use normal mats. I'm hoping the cocoa brown matches the Activ colours well enough, but it can be hard to tell from online images.
(cocoa vs tan,gray,black)
(cocoa in equinox)
I'll share some photographs once they arrive.
