so I just bought the 21 TB. Salesman shows me infotainment and how it works. I drive off and it doesn't work. Next morning it works. I play the radio and accept calls. Today it doesn't.

Am I doing something wrong??

Welcome to the forum. Other than the infotainment issues, hope you are enjoying the new ride. There have been some models having issues. Do you know if you have the 7 inch screen or 8"? Problems seem to be more common with the bigger screen. My LT model only has the 7" screen and I have not had any issues to date. Are you having issues with just the phone connecting, or is the radio also not working?

Nothing is working at all!!! I have the Activ.

Welcome to the forum. Sorry your first post had to be about a problem your having. I would take your Trailblazer back to the dealership so they can look at it. It's probably just a software issue, but it's their job to make sure it's working. Are you getting a black screen or is everything there but nothing responds when you touch the screen or buttons?

Both problems actually! Quite frustrating!!!

One day it worked, next it didn't, repeat!

Definitely sounds like a software glitch or loose connection. I would take it in.

Take it in, have it looked at. Clearly warranty work.

Having same issue on mine. Dealer is replacing radio tomorrow to see if that corrects issue

took it in today. Thankfully it wasn't working when they saw it but they tried to say it was the Bluetooth not hooking up...but in the end they have ordered a computer part (??) To fix it. I should have it back tomorrow evening. I hope it corrects it.

Hi this just happened to me today I was on my way home from work and I stopped to for an errand, radio was playing fine screen display good until that point and when I got back in my car my infotainment display screen was black and it will not come back on
