So I came from a fully tuned with bolt-ons 2017 2.0T Camaro and I've had other small engine vehicles but I've never experienced the constant amount of 4k rpm rev hang that my AWD RS has is anyone else finding there's staying over 4k rpms when accelerating onto a highway? It sounds terrible and there's no way it's good for these little engine for it to hang at 4k rpms for that long without up or downshifting.

I took my partner's AWD Activ Trailblazer for a 2 hour drive on the highways yesterday. I did not have any 4k rpm hang. I had AWD set to OFF, and I had the performance mode (checkered flag) set to OFF.

My RS AWD doesn't do this, but it does rev high between shifts if you're driving more aggressively. I would expect the CVT in the other models to hang at higher rpms's, but not the 9 speed.
