While I'm not one to bash American cars (have only ever owned Chevys), I can't help but laugh that the American car that gets this award is manufactured in Korea with almost no American-made parts.

The entire ethos of “domestic” and “foreign” has long been moot. There are Mercedes made in Alabama and Fords made in mexico. And there isn’t a vehicle today that can claim to be sourced entirely from one country…not even close.
