Hello, everyone. I'm a 2019 RS owner from China. My car often starts with a "pop" sound, or the sound system of the whole car is silent after starting. Do you have the American version. In China, manufacturers have been unable to find a solution. PS: I don't know English. I use the online software to translate. Please understand.

Hello everyone. I am the owner of 2019 RS in China. The Trailblazer was not available in North America from 2010 to early release 2021 model years. Not sure if we will have similar references for you, as this website focuses on the 2021model for now. What does a 2019 TB look like from your region?

The Trailblazer will be on sale in mainland China at the end of 2019. Because it is a three-cylinder, consumers don’t like it. The sales volume is not good. It sells thousands of vehicles a year. Now there are many problems. For example, my audio system is silent and the ignition slams. , The manufacturer is still unable to solve it.

Sorry to hear about the issues with the audio system. I assume than the body style is similar to what is sold here in the U.S. Our version also has the 3 cylinder engine. I am sure many people are skeptical of such a small engine size, as it is not common. I too was unsure if I would like it. After test driving and finding it to be good power, for its size, I was sold on it. I believe the general consensus of owners is that they are mostly happy with the power it has.

Tells us more, about what you mean, about the ignition slams.

Post a picture. I would like to see how the TB looks different from our version.

Sounds like someone upgraded speakers or added a sub and didn't connect the harness correctly or the clips snapped when taking it apart. My advice bring it to a car audio specialist and see if they can find it they have 1000s to infinitely more experience in diagnosing and solving audio issues then some oil lube and tire tech at a dealership.

Mine is the original car. I didn't install anything. I found this problem within half a month after I picked up the car. The cigarette lighter socket was connected to a driving recorder, and there was a high-speed toll ETC. Now after-sales 4S shops do not know what the reason is, and manufacturers do not know how to solve it. Among the car users, many top models have this problem.

I don’t know how to upload the video, and the picture can’t explain the problem.

I'll be honest I've never heard of a data recorder or any other device connected to the back of the cigarette lighter socket maybe in early 90s cars but that's crap an aftermarket shops do not factory. Unless china has other laws and regulations beyond chipping it's people. It's likely it was done by another agency or the dealership then from the factory and nobody wants to touch it because of some shady reasoning. I've seen recorder on cars before that were court ordered etc. They aren't typically attached to the cigarette socket unless the installer was a cheap ass jackhole they should have been routed through the fuse box with a relay to the battery. If your saying other high end models have these then it's news to me if they're wired that way. Sounds alot like someone cut corners.

It is not connected to the back of the cigarette lighter, but there is a plug that plugs into the cigarette lighter. In China, many electronic devices are powered by the cigarette lighter socket. This way, there is no need to break the line, plug and play.

No I know all about the cheapy 12v market. Sounds like a lot was done to your TB before you got it. I've seen many poor 12v hijack jobs from the back of the cigarette lighter to the ignition switch etc.. the horror shows I could share with you are endless. I maintain you should bring it to a private audio install store to take a look they may find things that may or may not surprise you. At the least they could likely diagnose and note the problem for the dealership you used that refuses to fix it under warranty.

At present, no method can solve this problem. Chevrolet after sales needs me to drive the car to the dealer for a few days so that they can remove the electric boot and other accessories for analysis. I'm afraid the new car will make a strange noise after it is disassembled.
