This is REALLY frustrating for me. I use WAV only as I am an audiophile (sound isn't very good in this vehicle) and noticed that I can start an album while I sit still, but as I'm driving, when the album is over it restarts and I can't use the browse button to go back to choose another album or folder. It's bad enough there's no CD player so I have to use the stick, but I am really frustrated that I can't choose anything while I drive. Anyone know how to enable the browser button when the car is in motion? Or override the disablement?

There's no way to override it (either because of existing regulation or the fear of impending regulation if the screens are seemed "too distracting" for drivers when the car is in motion).

I might recommend using a portable media player to load your stuff onto and just controlling it on there (or just sucking it up and just use your phone and android auto/carplay since the speakers really aren't doing your HQ audio files any justice anyhow).
