This issue is on our new '21 RS with Technology package.
When using Bluetooth on a call it makes a ton of noise like a rubbing\scratchy sound to the person on the other end. It sounds fine in the car. I noticed it's only when the car is moving on a rough road. My wife was driving the car when we were talking and I noticed when she stopped I didn't hear it any more and when she got on a freshly paved road it barely did it. To me it sounds like the mic' is rubbing on something. It's very annoying and I'll have the dealer look at it of course but I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

Interesting. I don't think I've experienced the same. It sounds like the mic may have some sort of gasket (?) missing, causing it to rub directly against something like the housing around it.

I'm having the same issue. I have a 21' RS and have been asked twice now if I'm scratching my mic or rubbing my phone on something while using bluetooth on a call. Did your dealer end up resolving the issue? Any idea what is causing it?
