Looking to save some money and change my own oil in between what is recommended in the owners manual and let the dealer do the oil at the recommended intervals to keep my warranty active and service recorded.
Thus, what ramps do you recommend or use for your own oil changes?
I hear Rhino Ramps are the way to go, but some say they have sliding/slippage issues.
This guy seems to have the technique nailed down, even with slight slippage
Definitely don't want to do what this guy did!
Please list your tips and tricks for preventing any sliding/slippage and overshooting (eg. old wet t-shirts under the ramp to prevent ramp slippage, getting a spotter, MacGyver'ing a front wheel monitoring camera setup, etc.)
Thanks!
