Anyone having issues with trailblazer RS 2021 turning on? The pass cables and turns on but went to check battery and they say it’s good that it has a 12.6 and it just does this random like if battery is about to die

Loose battery cable, internal battery short. How many volts does the battery have while starting the engine?
