Has anyone had the service department of the dealership completely replace the antenna with a functioning shark fin option? Or inquired if it can be done?

I'm not sure if they have an aftermarket shark fin from the dealer, and I'm sure they won't install 3rd party aftermarket, but I did see some people switch to a shorter antenna "Replacing the Antenna with a Shark Fin"
