Anyone tried a lower sidewall like the 225/50/18? Not a huge difference.

If all your doing is pavement prowling on good streets it'll probably be fine. But sadly 80% of roads in my area warrant a decent sidewall. Bout to do my first long haul trip with the TB though NH to Nova Scotia, Canada

Would throw off your speedo by 1mph @ 30 and 2mph @ 60 which would throw off your odometer and probably cause some warranty concerns with Chevy just FYI.

Wouldn't matter the speedo is actually corrected to -1 or -2Mph then what your reported on the cluster for insurance reasons.
There's also the natural speedometer change as the tires wear down and become smaller, lol.

Has anyone tried a 245/50? Wondering if there is enough room between the tire and the suspension.
