It could be one of the software glitches that causes many random msgs to appear for no reason. Usually a software update will fix the problem, but if it comes back or the light stays on I'd definitely have the dealership look at it. First year vehicles are known to have weird problems like this.
2021 Orange wrench/service ebrake.
Wife was driving our ACTIV TB today. She said an orange wrench with message service ebrake (something to that effect she said) came on instrument cluster. She had not just used it, it was not on. Next time she started TB error was gone. Ghost in the machine message?
