2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer RS AWD (12,000 miles)

My 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer RS AWD recently threw malfunction indicator light-diagnostic trouble code P1467 (Evaporator purge valve underspeed)

Question: Could the cause of MIL P1467 be the condition of software anomaly or GM Part Number replace 12666845 (Evap purge valve)
Anyone else have this condition?
Anyone else change purge valve GM P/N 12666845 and fix the problem?

Welcome to the forum!

The problem you're experiencing is common on the new Trailblazers. The EVAP purge pump needs to be replaced with another one and this seems to be the only fix GM has right now. I'm not sure if the replacement part is an updated design or just the same part.

My 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer RS AWD is still under warranty, but dealers are tied up with retrofits.
My service appointment is March 09, 2023.
May buy GM Part Number 12666845 "Evap purge Valve" out of pocket at GM Discount ($31.48) and fix myself inlieu of long wait for dealer.
After replacing evap purge valve would disconnect negative battery cable for half an hour to cancel MIL P1467 in the ECM.

GM supplier helped me with hard to get and on back-order GM Part Number 25206066 (Evaporator Purge pump) This noun name part number has changed four times. Part is now assigned to my VIN Chevrolet Trailblazer RS AWD.
My favorite SUV is our Trailblazer RS AWD completely optioned out.

just got mine replaced. part number 25206066 dtc p2575 code. 2021 awd trail blazer hope this helps
