Oh 2004 Chevy trailblazer, it was running fine until yesterday coming home at a stop sign going around a turn and my service brake light came on and car beeped like 30 times. No codes from regular reader as check engine light wasn't on. We do have a Tech 2 hooked it up and got codes co221& 225 for both front speed sensors. While it was up on jacks we put it in gear in four-wheel drive, all four wheels were moving but reading of the tech 2 both front tires stayed at 5 mph while the the rear increased as expected. There's no other codes, would both sensors have gone bad at the same time or is there somewhere else we can look for an issue? Since the brake light came on we checked the master cylinder and it did seem spongy so replace that as well but that is now in perfect order. But it didn't fix the service brake lights being on. My husband did just notice that my third brake light is out. Would that cause the brakes lights to come on? Any suggestions?

I understand this site is for the newer trailblazers, but I have seen the emergency brake not fully return to the switch to turn off the brake light,I'm not sure if you a e brake pedal or pull handle but it's worth a try
